This game update includes the technical implementation of this year's Valentine Event & various bugfixes.

• Valentine Event: Love is in the air starting on Monday, February 12th!
• PVP Tutorial Quests: Fixed an issue that prevented a PvP tutorial quest from completing
• Starfall Advanced Compendium: Fixed an error in the loot table of the Advanced Compendium
• Localization: Fixed some localization issues

Each game region will be restarted sequentially; this should not take long but will result in a short period of disconnection.
